At Outdoor Bike Covers, we want to ensure your cycling gear remains protected and fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused cover within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the bike cover in its original packaging, ensuring all straps and storage bags are included and the item is free of debris.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement cover within 3-5 business days.
